Here are some displayed terms that should be known and done by the customers who are interested to our tour package products as follow :
1. Reservation & Booking Procedure.
If you are interested and want to make a dealing with this tour package products that we have offered to you, please feel free sending me a message through my email address to make a reservation your tour or by having me in 24 hours mobile phone service to assist you to get quickest detailed  information. After being your reservation request is received, then I will book it and there will be an official confirmation from us that will be sent to you immediately after we got an advanced payment from you.

2. Payment System:
5o % should be paid as soon as we deal and received your reservation.
75 % should be paid in one week prior to date of your departure.
100 % should be paid in one day prior to date of your departure
Payments can be paid by the IDR, USD, EURO, regarding to the latest rate of our bank.

3. Cancellation Fee
1 month before departure date “No Charge”.
21-13 days before departure date 50 % from total tour price.
12-5 days before departure date 75 % from total tour price.
Within 5 days before departure date 100 % from total tour price

No, Refund on unused service

5. Accomodations
This tour is based on natural Adventure Tour., So, most of the hotels and boats trip that  you will stay overnight  during this tour are small & simple but clean and pretty nice pure natural atmosphere. Few star hotels will also find in the famous touristic places. If you are not an adventurous enough, it is better recommendation not to take this trip.

6. Travel Insurance
We would please to recommend you that, it is really sure that your any kind of Insurance has been covered in reliable Insurance company in your country such as: travel insurance, accident insurance or any other sort of insurance. We do not include it on this tour package. So, please take your own Insurance with you during your travel date.

7.  Limitation of Responsibility
we will try to do the best for organizing your tour on Flores, and we only act in the capacity as a Tour guide and Organizer for the tours, transportation and hotels as well. we do not responsible for any important personal belongings missing, damage, delay & irregularities of flight schedule, minor or major accident including death, any natural disaster or worst weather that make you trip is uncomfortable and so on, which are really beyond of my control.

8. Bank & Money Changer
Banks and Money Changers are acceptable to change the foreign currency but it is very poor rate of exchange, and Money Changer is very limited range., So, it is better to bring some enough cash with you, and every town on Flores has some banks with ATM service., It is possible to withdraw some cash by using ATM card. Most of the hotels and restaurants are possible to be paid only in cash and do not accept payment by using credit card.

9. Something to Bring with You.
Some enough cash, proper walking shoes, trousers, sweaters or jackets, long sleeves, sun glasses, sun hat, mosquito repellent, sun lotion, towel, snorkeling gear, swiming suit, etc.
